Paul Knox started in the trades in 1995. He knows how a bathroom is built, which means he knows exactly how to modify one safely. After knee surgery left him with firsthand experience needing accessibility equipment in his own home, he became a Residential Grab Bar Specialist, Residential Ramp Specialist, and Residential Accessible Bathroom Consultant.
His mother and sister were nurses. He understands what it means to sincerely want someone to be safe and comfortable at home. NextStep Bath Solutions is not about upselling a remodel. It’s about fixing the problem.
